This Privacy Policy explains what information IQ Design Ltd. ("IQ Design," "we," "us"), collects when you use the IQ Design platform and website (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information — name, email address, company name, and plan details when you create an account.
Your content — the images, prompts, and reference material you upload, and the visualizations you create.
Usage information — how you use the Service (features used, generations run, device and browser data), collected to operate and improve the platform.
Payment information — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To support you — including the individualized training and account support included with Organization plans.
To communicate with you about your account, and — only if you opt in — about product news.
To protect the Service and its users, and to comply with law.

3. Your content is private by default

Your uploads and generations are visible to you and the teammates you choose to share them with — not to other users. We do not use your private project content as source imagery for other customers, and we do not sell your personal information or your content.

4. Sharing with service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run IQ Design — cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. They process data only on our instructions and only as needed to provide their service to us.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and limited analytics to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account information and content while your account is active. If you close your account, you may export your gallery first; we delete or de-identify personal information within a reasonable period afterward, except where the law requires longer retention.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we honor verified requests consistent with those laws.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Children

The Service is built for working professionals and students and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
