Terms of Service.

IQ Design is an AI-powered visualization platform for professional designers. You describe what you are designing — or start from your own photographs, sketches, or reference images — and the Service produces photorealistic visualizations under parametric control, with tools to refine individual elements and to search for real products that match your design intent.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organization accounts include seats for multiple designers; the account owner is responsible for managing seats and for their team's use of the Service.

• New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, at the rates published on our Plans page. Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate.

• Student pricing requires verification of student status within 30 days of signup; unverified accounts move to the Professional rate at the next billing cycle.

• Organization plans are billed per seat; seats may be added or removed from your account home, and charges adjust at the next billing cycle.

• Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. You may cancel at any time from your account home; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of the images, prompts, and reference material you upload, and of the visualizations you create with the Service. Every visualization you generate is original output and is yours to use commercially — in client presentations, proposals, listings, social media, and print. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display your content in order to operate the Service. Your uploads and generations are private by default, visible to you and the teammates you share them with.

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful; not to upload material you don't have the right to use; not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service; and not to resell access to the Service without our written agreement.

Visualizations are generated in the moment from your inputs. They are directionally accurate, presentation-ready concept imagery — not certified construction documents. Confirm final dimensions and specifications with your own tools and suppliers before ordering or fabrication. We recommend telling clients when an image is AI-assisted.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Interwoven Studio, LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the IQ Design name, logo, or platform other than the right to use the Service as intended.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon closure you may export your gallery; we may retain content as required by law or for legitimate business purposes for a limited period.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQ Design Ltd., will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new "last updated" date, and for material changes we will notify account holders. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
